Really? Has it?

Yes, I know! I've been a terrible deviant, but life has been crazy over the past year. I am alive, happy, and well. I've just now gotten back to my art with things settling down. Expect a few new submissions soon. Nothing serious; just a few paintings and sketches. I feel inspired again and hope to be around more often. First off, I need to go back and reply to everyones comments and favorites, but after that, the submitting will commence.

I miss you all very much and hope all is well with everyone.

Just writing a quick journal to let everyone know that I'm still alive over here on the other end. I'm still getting settled in to our new house and getting to know the great state of Indiana. I start back to school on Tuesday and am also working Full time. Never fear, I will still be back around here everyday to check on things and work on some club duties. I am letting go of a few clubs, but keeping the ones I started out with. I haven't made any clear-cut decisions yet, but its a necessity.

I just updates ~ArtistsJointClub for the first time in over a year. I hope that things will begin to pick up again over there. It was the first club I joined in on as an admin and I'd hate to see it vanish. However, I might have to muster up a little help over there. I'm still deciding that one, also.

The wedding was beautiful and everything went well. Thank to everyone who sent me such lovely comments and notes. I really aprpeciate everyone support. As soon as I have pictures, I will spread them around. One thing in particular that I am looking forward to is getting a dog. Specifically, a Boston Terrier, but that won't be until next summer. BUT I am full of anticipation.

I am also hoping to get back into my art a little more. Things are starting to calm down and I think I will be able to concentrate further on getting back to my portraits. I WILL submit some new art soon!

Eep. Longer than I expected. My week sub runs out soon and I'm contemplating going for another year, but haven't' quite made a dedcision. I'm still getting used to the new version, anyway.

Question of the day, I know. Well, I'll tell you. I've been pretty busy planning a wedding, BUT I do have tons of artwork that I need to photograph and submit. All stuff from my studio classes, but nonetheless, it work to submit. I deeply regret not being able to be as active as I once was, but these times are hectic. We're trying to close on a house, plan a wedding, and plan a move about 3 states away. I miss everyone dearly and its just not the same not being as active. I just wanted to let everyone know how things were going that I am alive still. (Maybe not for long after this wedding is planned). I'm excited, though. The big day is set for July 22!! :>

I'm back from Italy. I had a wonderful time, but I was so happy to get back. Also, two days before I left I got engaged!!! Big new, I know. The Wedding is set for July, so I'm working furiously between school, work, and planning. I'll write more soon!
